President of Alco Siding and WIndows Inc., is Steve Hawkins who has been in the industry now for 30 years. Starting out as a installer in the siding and window trade he got into the estimating part of the business in 1993. Three years later when the original owner retired, instead of selling the business off to a 3rd party he decided to keep it in house and offered it to Steve to take over.

Within 4 years of Steve taking over, the business had doubled in size. In 2001 in order to keep up with the growing amount of work Steve decided to bring on his son Robert as Vice-President to help out with day to day operations. Since then Robert has helped out with training of sales representatives, building better relationships with vendors, and keeping installers up to speed on new techniques for our ever changing industry as new products come out.
